 Vážení čtenáři,

dovolujeme si Vám předložit další číslo časopisu podnikatelů ve stavebnictví Build Info. Toto číslo, jehož obě nosná temata, „Ekonomika stavebnictví“, a „Automobil, jako prvek pracovního řetězce ve stavebnictví“ jsme zvolili záměrně v tomto jarním období. V dubnu, jako každoročně, se koná Mezinárodní stavební veletrh IBF v Brně, a v červnu letošního roku Autosalon Autotec též v Brně. O zhodnocení současného stavu ekonomické situace ve stavebních podnicích, o předpokládaném vývoji a perspektivě jsme požádali několik odborníků, z nichž např. uvádíme Ing. Zd. Kunce, CSc., Ing. Zd. Burdu, Ing. M. Borovku, Ing. K. Klátila. Jak jsme v minulém čísle uváděli, pokračujeme rubrikou „Logistikou proti recesi v českém stavebnictví.“ Úlohou automobilů v procesním řetězci ve stavebnictví – I. částí se zabývá doc. Ing. K. Jeřábek, CSc. Druhá část bude zveřejněna v č. 5-6/2010. Dovolte, abychom Vás informovali o semináři „Odpady nejen stavební – jejich recyklace, užití a likvidace“, který v rámci doprovodného programu výstav FOR WASTE, FOR INDUSTRY a FOR LOGISTIC pořádala naše redakce ve spolupráci s TZÚS Praha, s. p. a pozvali Vás tímto na další, již 3. ročník seminářů, který proběhne v příštím roce.

We take the liberty of providing you with another issue of journal of entrepreneurs in building industry – Build Info. This issue, the main themes of which are “Building industry economy”and “A car as an element in work chain in building industry”was deliberately chosen in the spring time. In April, as every year, the IBF International building trade fair is held in Brno, and in June this year also the Autotec car show in Brn as well. We have asked several experts for assessment of the contemporary state of economic situation of building companies, anticipated development, and future outlook – among them Mr Zdeněk Kunc, Mr Zdeněk Burda, Mr Borovka, and Mr Klátil. As stated in our last issue, we continue the item “Through logistics against recession in Czech building industry”. The task of automobiles in the process chain in the building industry, first part, is described by Mr Jeřábek. The second part will be published in issue 5-6/2010. Let us inform you about a seminar “Waste not only in construction – its recycling, utilization, and disposal”, which, as a part of accompanying programs of the exhibitions FOR WASTE, FOR INDUSTRY, and FOR LOGISTICS was organized by our editorial team in cooperation with TZÚS Praha,s.p.; we hereby invite you to visit next – already third – year of seminars, which will take place next year.
