Vážení čtenáři,

právě otevíráte další číslo našeho časopisu Build Info, číslo, které je prezentováno jak na Mezinárodním stavebním veletrhu FOR ARCH v Praze, tak pro nás – stavbaře velmi zajímavém Mezinárodním strojírenském veletrhu v Brně. Seznámíme Vás se zajímavostmi z veletrhů FOR ARCH, FOR WOOD, FOR THERM, SPORT TECH, FOR CITY, dále veletrhy FOR INTERIER, FOR DECOR a FOR PRESENT. Pozveme Vás na jarní trojlístek veletrhů 2011 a to FOR INDUSTRY, FOR SURFACE, FOR WASTE & CLEANING. I v tomto čísle jsme pozornost věnovali speciálním tématům, jako jsou zděné konstrukce, jejich aktuální stav, vady a poruchy zdiva, a ostatním informacím, spojenými s touto problematikou. Dále jsme se zaměřili s doc.Ing.K.Jeřábkem, CSc. na problematiku „ Údržby strojů ve stavebnictví“, která má v tomto oboru bezesporu specifický charakter, ať je to vlastní technická diagnostika či tribotechnická diagnostika a mazání, jemuž se budeme věnovat i v dalším čísle našeho časopisu. V dnes již pravidelné rubrice „Logistikou proti recesi v Českém stavebnictví se zabýváme tím, zda optimalizace logistiky přináší konkurenční výhodu. O tom, jaké mají automobily postavení v systému dopravní infrastruktury, Vás informujeme v rubrice „Automobil, jako prvek procesního řetězce ve stavebnictví.“ Vaši pozornosti doporučujeme i několik rozhovorů, které jsme pro Vás připravili. Tak například. o zajímavostech z dění v nejstabilnější leasingové společnosti v ČR Unicredit Leasing, CZ jsme si povídali s výkonným ředitelem p.Ing.Jaroslavem Jaroměřským. O příkladném a velmi ušlechtilém přístupu k obyvatelům a rodákům obce Dolní Bukovsko při využití výrobků a systémů firmy HELUZ, zpracovávaných z místních surovin, jsme si povídali s jeho starostou p. Františkem Mazancem. O tom, že značkově znamená kvalitně a u stavebních strojů to platí obzvlášť, jsme diskutovali s p. Františkem Loudinem – vedoucím servisu ve společnosti Terramet spol.s r.o. Věříme, že v novém čísle našeho časopisu naleznete nejednu zajímavost či inspiraci pro Vaši další činnost.

You have just opened another edition of our Build Info magazine, an edition which is presented at the FOR ARCH International Building Trade Fair in Prague, as well as at the International Engineering Trade Fair in Brno, something which is of great interest to use builders. We would like to tell you about some of the interesting features of the FOR ARCH, FOR WOOD, FOR THERM, SPORT TECH, and FOR CITY trade fairs, as well as the FOR INTERIOR, FOR DECOR and FOR PRESENT fairs. We invite you to a trio of trade fairs in spring 2011 - FOR INDUSTRY, FOR SURFACE, FOR WASTE and CLEANING. In this issue, too, we have focused on special topics such as masonry structures and their current condition, defects and problems with masonry, as well as other information on this topic. Together with doc. Ing. K. Jeřábek, CSc., we have also taken a look at “Maintenance of machinery in the construction industry”, a topic which undoubtedly has its own specifics in this field, whether it be actual technical diagnostics or tribotechnical diagnostics and lubrication, a subject we will be also be exploring in the next edition of our magazine. In the now regular section entitled “Logistics against the recession in the Czech construction industry” we discuss whether the optimisation of logistics gives a competitive advantage. We inform you about the status of cars in the transport infrastructure system in the section entitled “The car as a link in the procedural chain in the construction industry.”We also recommend that you take some time to read a few of the interviews we have prepared for you. We talked about some of the interesting events in the history of the most stable leasing company in the Czech Republic, UniCredit Leasing CZ, with the company’s executive director, Ing. Jaroslav Jaroměřský. We discussed the exemplary and very generous attitude of the municipality of Dolní Bukovsko towards its residents and local people in its use of HELUZ products and systems made using local raw materials with the Municipal Mayor, Mr František Mazanec. The fact that brandnames mean quality, especially in the case of construction machinery, was a topic we discussed with Mr František Loudin – Head of Servicing for Terramet spol.s r.o. We hope that the new edition of our magazine will provide you with plenty of interesting information and inspiration for the future.
